On 22 March, Dongguan Technology Bureau convened the assessment meeting of scientific and technological achievements on 6 - axis Coordinate Advance Milling and Drilling Machine. The assessment approve that CAMDER accord to the requirement of the Q/HQ5-2016 enterprise standard. The technology of deep hole drilling with titling angle has reached the leading domestic level.
The best solution for compound angle machining
CAMDER is especially suitable for compound angle machining with excellent performance in milling, drilling (Deep Hole Drilling) and thread milling, 3D milling, such as moulds of bumper, automobile panel, automobile door and other large size mechanical parts.
Applied advanced design, a spindle is installed on a ram which is installed on the slide through a shaft. The end of ram is connected to a ball screw which is driven by a servo motor through a gear box. This configuration
makes spindle rotating around the shaft. An angular encoder is used to feed back the angular position to the system and form a close loop control.
The patented quick change between deep hole drilling and milling helps to reduce process time. The up and down movement configuration of the chip box effectively minimizes the interference to large size workpiece.
Some competitors changed the chip box movement to transverse movement to avoid violate our patent right, but it caused chip box interference with workpiece as milling status.
S-series：Equipped with advance Fanuc 6-axis control and tilted work plane function, the integrated milling and Deep Hole Drilling, is designed for compound angle machining.
L-series：Equipped with all the function of S-series with the add-on of AICC II high precision contour machining, excellent for milling needs.
Hydrostatic guide rail and multi-line pump are applied on the rotary table to achieve a smooth motion. The high pressure hydraulic clamp is used to clamp the rotary table after positioning.
